55. Ministry of Culture in France

Crisis level : 1

During the uit of 18 July, the Ministry of Culture's account was taken over by a young person claiming to be the son of the community manager.

The volume of tweets, particularly from young people, was extremely high, topping 100,000.
The Ministry will publish a response the following day:
The @MinistereCC account was usurped between 1am and 5am. We apologise for these unwanted tweets. We are trying to resolve the issue.
Teaching:
When it affects the youngest communities, the volume deployed is very substantial.
56. United Airlines

The American airline began its year of badbuzz by destroying the wheelchair of a French tourist. During a flight from Paris to New York, the wheelchair, valued at 37,000 euros by the victim's sister, was damaged and unusable. As a solution, the airline put pressure on the passengers to accept another wheelchair. But this was not at all suited to the victim's disability.

57. La Poste

A video showing Post Office employees throwing out parcels is posted by an Internet user with the words "I hope none of you are expecting crockery, a tablet or anything fragile...". Following the numerous comments, La Poste responded:
"In no way do these gestures correspond to the company's practices and process for collecting parcels entrusted to it by its customers. On the day the images were taken, a private individual had parked his two-wheeler in the loading area and prevented the postal vehicle from approaching the platform.
Teaching: The typical case: anything can be filmed.
58. Scouts of Belgium

An internet user posted a Scout camp with lots of beer waste. The controversy grew, even though in the end there was nothing wrong with it. According to the scouts : " According to the animation quality code, scout leaders are entitled to two beers per person. There were 8 adults on the camp, so if you look closely at the photo, there's nothing wrong with the entertainment here. During the patrol weekend, there are no refreshments provided. The teenagers told the lady this so that they wouldn't have to eat what they had with them. The patrol weekend is also an opportunity for the leaders to sleep in, which is why they were still asleep when the lady brought the patrollers back to camp. The scout federation deplores the intrusion of an unauthorised person on a camp (and therefore on private property), as well as the taking of biased and directed photographs. After verification, 17 beers were consumed over the course of an evening by a total of around ten adults (leaders and stewards), in other words, responsible consumption which in no way justifies the numerous attacks received by the leaders on social networks ". Lessons learned: What we see on social networks is not always the reality.
