Thomas Chapeaux

Career and studies
Thomas is a self-taught developer with a passion for programming since the age of 16. His passion led him to pursue a master’s degree in computer science. He began his career at Swift, a global leader in secure financial messaging services, and then joined SABCA, a major player in the aerospace and defense sectors in Belgium.
In 2017, Thomas became the first developer at Wooclap, a startup developing innovative tools for education. He significantly contributed to the application’s growth, reaching one million active users. In 2020, he took charge of the front-end development team, leading technical and strategic initiatives.
Role at Saper Vedere
In 2023, Thomas joined Saper Vedere as Front-End Director of the R&D Department, drawn by the company’s blend of technological innovation and societal impact. In this role, he ensures the operational efficiency and relevance of innovation projects while actively participating in both internal and external development. Together with the R&D team, he contributed to the creation of the monitoring tool Follaw.sv.
